If someone is treating you in a way, which makes you feel scared or unsafe, this may be abuse.  You can be abused in different ways, not just by being hit.

 

If an adult or another young person is doing something to you that you don’t feel is right, then you should talk to someone that you feel you can trust.This may be someone in your family, a neighbour or a friend,  a teacher or school nurse.
